BRIEF INFORMATION

As of March 03, 2025, data on Bank Reference Letters will be received electronically from the Banks through Takasbank Electronic Reference Letter Management System and transmitted to the Contracting Authorities electronically.

In the first stage of the project, bank reference letters, which are requested by Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Republic of Türkiye for the purpose of determining the economic sufficiency of Construction Contractors in their authorization certificate group applications, are going to be transmitted electronically to the Contracting Authorities affiliated to the relevant Ministry through the Takasbank Electronic Reference Letter Management System. 

Real and legal persons who are obliged to submit guarantee within the scope of the relevant Service will apply to the Banks and request the issuance of an electronic reference letter, and after the issuance of the electronic reference letter, they will follow the process before the Ministry with the reference number sent to them by the Bank.
