Subsequent to the endorsement of Regulatory Oversight Committee (ROC), Takasbank completed the necessary infrastructure development studies and as of 25 February 2014, begins rapid and effective allocation of internationally endorsed legal entity identifier codes via LeiTurkey web site at www.LeiTurkey.com

Detailed information regarding the allocation of LEI can be reached through the 18 March 2013 numbered official letter.

The legal institutions having already obtained the code from authorized institutions in another country can transfer these codes to Takasbank. The transfer and updates are executed upon the companies’ request via www.LeiTurkey.com in a swift and efficient manner.

Within this framework, as of 25 February 2014, legal entities residing in or outside Turkey can execute their all operations with regard to LEI via www.LeiTurkey.com web portal. legal entities signed up to the Takasbank LEI web portal;

Can apply for a new LEI code
Can apply for their LEI code to be transferred
Can monitor their LEI code information and update these information
Can make the payments of allocation/transfer/annual maintenance fee
Can monitor their payments receipts
Can search present LEI codes allocated by Takasbank or transferred to Takasbank, and update their LEI codes linked to the provided authorized persons e-mail addresses field in the application form,
Can monitor all of the present LEI codes allocated by Takasbank or transferred to Takasbank and download the full list in xmn format.

Can monitor or change their user profile information.
