Electronic Reference Letters Included in Takasbank Public Collateral Management Service
As of March 03, 2025, data on Reference Letters of Bank will be received from the Banks through Takasbank Electronic Reference Letter Management System and transmitted to the Contracting Authorities electronically. In the first phase of the project, Reference Letters of Bank requested by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change to determine the economic self-sufficiency of building contractors in their applications for authorization certificates were included in the scope.
