SWIFT

Established in Brussels in 1973, the "Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT)" is a communications network that provides information on the financial transactions performed by financial institutions around the world in a standardized manner in a secure environment. SWIFT is a cooperative society in which transactions related to the financial world are carried out quickly, precisely and reliably, in which its members are also its shareholders. More than 10,800 financial institutions in over 200 countries can exchange standardized financial messages via SWIFT.Takasbank has been a member of SWIFT since 1996, immediately after its acquisition of an investment banking license.
