Takasbank TaşıtTakas System at Your Service

In order to prevent fraud and theft incidents, which are frequently encountered in the purchase and sale of vehicles, our Bank The first safety organization in the Secure Payment System, which is the product of  joint work between Union of  Notaries of Turkey and  Ministry of Trade, Takasbank Taşıttakas System is presented simultaneously with Union of Notaries of Turkey (TNB) in the service of our people as of February 3, 2020.

By using TaşıtTakas, it is aimed to simultaneously change the ownership of the vehicle and sale price and the eliminate the risk of counterparty. A protocol has been signed to Union of  Notaries of Turkey to provide services in the Secure Payment System and Takasbank has started to serve as custodian financial institution where cash will be blocked in vehicle purchase and sale transactions.

TaşıtTakas, developed by Takasbank, provides safe, low-cost and fast transfer convenience to the parties in vehicle trading transactions without any risk of carrying of cash. It is aimed to prevent all negative issues by the buyer  and the seller during the change of vehicle ownership and sales price , by checking the bank account number of the seller to whom the sales price will be sent and and the bank account number of the buyer to send the sales amount that belongs to the license holder.

With TaşıTakas system, will be accessed from the website www.tasittakas.com.tr or via IOS an Android based mobile applications, provides as follow;

• Eliminating the rsik of carrying cash,
• Eaasy Transfer at Low-Cost

Registration transactions performed with  TaşıTTakas will be carried out at a low cost of 15 TL, 10 TL of which is the share of  The Union of  Notaries of Turkey, to be collected from the seller.The fee will be collected by deducting the sales price that will be sent via EFT.

How Will TaşıtTakas Work?

After the seller and the buyer agreed,  the seller enters the TaşıtTakas System and defines the sales information into the system. The Reference Number created by Union of  Notaries of Turkey is sent to the Buyer and the Seller via SMS. The Buyer enters the system with the relevant reference number and identifies the purchase information. After the identity checks and IBAN verification of whether the information entered by Takasbank belongs to the license holder and the persons who will obtain the license, the buyer transfers the amount to the account reported by Takasbank. The parties are informed via SMS at every stage of transactions. During the notary registration process,  it is checked through TaşıtTakas System whether the Notary sales price has been paid or not. When the registration is completed, Takasbank will be informed and upon this message, Takasbank will be sent to sales amount to the Seller’s account via EFT, so the vehicle ownership and sales amount will be changed securely.
