Takasbank is the central settlement institution authorized by the ISE for the finalization of cash and securities transfers of transactions made in existing markets within the ISE. The Settlement Center is the center where the settlement of obligations relating to the delivery of securities arising from the buy/sell transactions realized with the ISE and payment of their obligations is performed. The securities delivery and take over
obligations arising from the buy/sell transactions of exchange members and payment obligations against the securities being the subject of buy/sell are concluded as book entry via the Settlement Center.
