Where our Bank has undertaken the duty of “Custodian” as stated in the Regulation on the Principles Regarding the Establishment and Activities of Pension Investment Funds (Regulation) which was published in the Official Gazette dated 28/02/2002 and numbered 24681 and entered into force, the Private Pension Companies have to open sub-accounts in Takasbank system for their customers included in the system and follow the fund participation certificates of their customers in such accounts.
In this context, the fund participation certificates of Private Pension Companies are held within Takasbank system in dematerialized form on participant basis.
The customers of Private Pension Funds can have the information on the number of the shares in their accounts by calling Alo-Takas’ phone number 444 74 74 which is the voice reply system of Takasbank and via TakasNET screen which can be found on the main page of our website.
TakasNet: The Private Pension Fund Participant can make transactions by using his/her registry number on the password entry screen which can be found on “TakasNet Entry” screen accessible from the main page of Takasbank website or the account number given by the Private Pension company. For the transactions made on registry basis, the participant enters the registry password given by Takasbank and for the transactions made on account basis he/she enters the account password given by the brokerage house on the screen and has access to “Investor Transactions Menu”. The balance information can be checked under the heading “reports” in this menu.
If the private pension system participant has a “Takasbank Registry Number” given previously for stocks transactions, he/she can cross-examine his/her private pension fund shares with this number. |
